India - Commitment to oriented management of services for young people at risk

Guntur, India - March 2018 - The third seminar and workshop of the "Participatory Action Research" program (PAR) was held from 5 to 7 March, a form of active and participatory research aimed at directly involving children in the transformation of the Salesian centers for Young People at Risk (YaR). During the seminar, an assessment was made of the past three years that definitively put the Salesian centers for the Young at Risk on the path that leads to co-management between adults and minors. The various presentations highlighted the progress of the participatory management objective in 29 centers distributed across 6 southern Indian states.
