Germany – Fr Franz-Ulrich Otto awarded for his work with youth of Heilbad Heiligenstadt
Heilbad Heiligenstadt, Germany - August 2018 - Salesian Fr Franz-Ulrich Otto, Director of the Salesian house in Berlin, was awarded with the badge of honor of the city of Heilbad Heiligenstadt (Thuringia, Germany). The award was assigned to him because of his long-standing service to young people, especially through "Villa Lampe", an institute animated by the Salesians in collaboration with the diocese of Erfurt, which welcomes, every day, about 120 young people of any and all religion and social background, who then take part in various educational activities.
