Želimlje, Slovenia - March 2019 - The House "Majcen Majcnov dom", at the Salesian Institute "Saint Francis of Sales", has been organizing exercises and spiritual retreats for children and young people for years. Even during this time of Lent, over three weekends, more than 270 participants gathered from all parts of the country for the retreat in preparation for Easter. The purpose of the exercises was to deepen the meaning of Jesus in one's life and faith in Jesus through prayer, Lenten rites and the Eucharist. In their free time the participants were able to play games, sports and leisure evenings. The program was prepared by Fr Gašper Otrin, SDB, responsible for the "Casa Majcen" programs, with the help of the intern Filip Veber, SDB, and about fifty young animators.
