Cebu, Philippines - June 2019 - The missionary experience of the volunteers of the Salesian Lay Volunteers movement (SALVO) of the Southern Philippines Province (FIS) continues. On Pentecost Sunday, on June 9th, two volunteers were sent to Myanmar. One of the two briefly told her story, explaining that already in July 2018 she had expressed her willingness to leave as a missionary, although many relatives and friends thought it was just an ephemeral wish. Now, instead, her "Yes" to the mission is stronger than ever and she is ready to immerse herself in this new experience.
