Togo - First Profession of 13 novices

Gbodjomé, Togo - August 2019 - On 16 August, 8 novices from the Francophone West Africa Province (AFO) and 5 novices from the Equatorial Tropical Africa Vice Province (ATE) made their First Profession at the Salesian novitiate "Blessed Philip Rinaldi" in Gbodjomé, Togo. The Mass was presided by Msgr. Isaac Jogues Gaglo, bishop of Aného, diocese where the novitiate is located, celebrating the 25th anniversary of its foundation. At the end of the Mass, the bishop blessed a statue of Blessed Rinaldi created for the occasion.
