Rome, Italy - November 2019 – The formation weekend for animators and managers promoted by the Salesian Associations CGS (Cinecircoli Giovanili Socioculturali) and TGS (Youth and Social Tourism) was held from November 1st to 3rd, involving about 40 people. For the second year, the two Associations proposed several moments in common, with a reflection on the pastoral theme of the year: "You can be holy #lidovesei", curated by Fr Roberto Dal Molin, president of CNOS; and a laboratory on the design and construction of work teams (team building) by dr. Angelo Salvi, work and organization psychologist. The participants then addressed various specific topics related to the sectors of interest of the two Associations.
