Cochabamba, Bolivia - December 2019 - Salesian Moisés Ruiz Ríos received priestly ordination last Sunday, 8 December, in the chapel of the "Don Bosco - Fatima" event center in Cochabamba, by the laying on of hands and consecratory prayer of mons. Tito Solari, archbishop emeritus of Cochabamba.
