Bangkok, Thailand - January 2020 - On January 18, the Salesian Family Day (SF) of Thailand was celebrated with the participation of 150 members of the various groups, led by Fr Francis Cais, SDB, responsible for the country's SF. The event began with the inauguration and official blessing of the recently renovated "Don Bosco Home", an activity presided by Fr John Bosco Dheparat Pitisant, Provincial of Thailand (THA), which was followed by mass. Among the various activities carried out by the participants was the deepening of the Rector Major's Strenna 2020 "Good Christians and upright citizens", presented by Fr Joseph Banchong Santisukniran, director of the "Salesian Literature Center", with the help of the video dubbed in Thai facilitated by the FMA. At the end of the meeting, Fr Cais encouraged SF members to continue their work in support of young people.
