Spain - Salesian schools continue their commitment in field of formation
Madrid, Spain - March 2020 - The second session of Training Courses in “Management of Educational Centers and Pastoral Coordination” was held in Madrid in recent weeks with the participation of around 100 teachers from different Salesian schools of the Salesian Provinces of “Spain-Mary Help of Christians "and" Santiago El Mayor". During this time, various topics were addressed, including human resource management, leadership and team coordination. Good practices were also shared and synergies and knowledge exchange between students encouraged. As a novelty, in this exchange of experiences, the State Coordinator of the Salesian Social Platforms and the "Pinardi Federation" had a space in the program to seek and find ways of collaborating with the Salesian schools.
