Caracas, Venezuela - February 2021 - The "San Lucas" Salesian Province of Venezuela (VEN) organized the first formation and accompaniment meeting for the Management Teams of the Educational Works of the Salesians and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians with the goal of designing a joint work methodology in response to the country's educational situation.

Boroko, Papua New Guinea - January 2021 - The solemnity of St. John Bosco was celebrated on 30 January in the Shrine of Mary Help of Christians, presided over by Msgr. Francesco Panfilo, SDB, Archbishop Emeritus of Rabaul. Salesians, Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, Sisters of Charity of Jesus, friends and benefactors took part in the Eucharistic celebration. In his homily, the Archbishop reminded the faithful to imitate Don Bosco. "The Church in presenting the saints as models of life, wants us not only to admire, appreciate and venerate them, but much more: that we imitate them."

Luanda, Angola - February 2021 - On 7 February in the parish of "St Paul", the Superior of the Salesian Vice Province of Angola (ANG), Fr Martín Lasarte, presented the Rector Major's Strenna for 2021 to the members of the Salesian Family in Luanda: «Moved by hope: "Behold, I am making all things new" (Rev 21,5)».
