(ANS - Castelnuovo Don Bosco) - When he describes his missionary vocation, the Salesian Pappi Reddy Gade speaks of a call, a summons, not a choice: "In the choice there is always an action to be taken between good and evil. The missionary call, on the other hand, is something precious: God calls us to complete His work." It is with this spirit of total dedication to a superior project that today this Salesian, born and raised in India, has placed himself at the service of the poor youth of South Sudan.
Of his calling, he speaks with great enthusiasm. The mission for him is "an opportunity to thank Jesus and to tell the world: I am here with you to bring Jesus closer to you, together with all that God has given me with His blessing."
