01. Quito, Ecuador - February 2022 - From February 4 to 10, the Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, preached the Spiritual Exercises to the Provincial Councils of 13 Provinces of the Inter-American Region, in the presence of the Regional Councilor, Fr Hugo Orozco.
02. São Leopoldo, Brazil - February 2022 - From February 14 to 18, 84 Salesians from 11 Provinces attended the Spiritual Exercises held by Fr Á.F. Artime, the Rector Major, for the Provincials and Provincial Councils of the Salesian Provinces of the South America Region.
03. Quito, Ecuador - February 2022 - On February 10 and 11, Rector Major Fr Á.F. Artime visited the Salesian Province "Sacred Heart of Jesus" of Ecuador (ECU). He met with the Salesian Family, the Provincial Council and Rectors, members of the Salesian Youth Movement, Salesians and lay people.
04. Fatima, Portugal - February 2022 - About thirty Delegates for Youth Ministry from the Salesian Provinces of Europe met from February 8 to 11 to dialogue with Fr Miguel Angel García Morcuende, General Councilor for Youth Ministry, to reflect together on the work of the Delegates, and share good practices.
05. Kinshasa, D.R. Congo - February 2022 – On February 21, the Councilor for the Africa-Madagascar Region, Fr Alphonse Owoudou, began the Extraordinary Visitation to the "Mary Help of Christians" Vice-Province of Africa Congo Congo (ACC).
06.Tlaquepaque, Mexico - February 2022 - On February 17, the installation of Fr Juan Suriel as the Director of the Regional Center for the Salesian Coadjutor-Specific Formation course (CRESCO) for the Inter-America and America South Cone Regions (now located in its new headquarters in Tlaquepaque) took place. Fr Filiberto González, Provincial of Mexico-Guadalajara (MEG), was present.
07. Parañaque, Philippines - February 17, 2022 - As part of the Extraordinary Visitation to the Northern Philippines Province (FIN), the General Councilor for Missions, Fr Alfred Maravilla, visited the formation community "Blessed István Sándor", which welcomes and accompanies Salesian brothers.
08. Hyderabad, India - February 2022 - On February 4, a ceremony was held to install Fr Thomas Santiagu as the new Salesian Provincial of the "St. Joseph" Province of Hyderabad (INH) for 2022-2028. Fr Biju Michael, Councilor for the South Asia Region, presided over the Mass.
