Vatican City, Vatican - April 2023 - From April 11 to 13, in the Salesian Community of Theologians in Rome, "Blessed Zeffirino Namuncurá," the in-charge persons of the Salesian Pre-Novitiates of the Mediterranean Region met for a session of formation and sharing based on the study of the new Ratio Fundamentalis and discussions with the Master of the Novitiate of the Colle Don Bosco, Fr. Enrico Ponte. The meeting was led by Fr. Francisco Santos, of the Formation Sector, who is responsible for accompanying the formation houses of the Salesian Regions: Mediterranean, Central and Northern Europe, South Cone America and Interamerica. On Thursday, April 13, the participants visited the Vatican Gardens welcomed by Fr. Franco Fontana, SDB, Director of the Salesian Community of the Vatican, with the guidance of Salesian Br. Paolo Vaschetto. The visit ended with a Eucharistic celebration in the chapel of the Vatican Gendarmerie, dedicated to St. Peregrine.
