Turin, Italy - June 2021 - One of the first groups welcomed in Valdocco after the easing of restrictions to contain the pandemic was the Salesians from the Slovenian Province (SLO) who arrived in Turin for the annual retreat. From 6 to 12 June, accompanied by their Provincial, Fr Marko Košnik, the Salesians of SLO were able to benefit from the welcome in a renewed Valdocco; follow the thoughts on the following of Christ of the preacher Fr Bogdan Kolar, SDB, professor of Ecclesial History at the Faculty of Theology of Ljubljana and Delegate to the GC28; and to live a profound spiritual experience, with the guidance of Fr Enrico Lupano, SDB, on the places where the Salesian charism of Don Bosco was born.
