Comayagüela, Honduras - October 2021 - During the weekends of September, formation meetings were held for the mission of the parish "Mary Help of Christians", to be held in October 2021. The meetings reached their peak with the Eucharistic celebrations during which over 150 missionary volunteers received their cross and their missionary mandate. Fr René Guzmán, SDB, Director of the Salesian house, affirmed that with this missionary sending a year of special grace as a missionary parish is inaugurated. Next year will be the 30th anniversary of the first parish missionary expedition.
