Lisbon, Portugal - March 2020 - In the last week of March, the Salesians of Lisbon began preparing 500 daily meals for the poor who live on the streets. Meals are distributed at the headquarters of the "Vida y Paz" community, created in 1988 on the initiative of Catholics working to support the homeless and socially vulnerable people – who, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, have increased.
