11 November 2022

Argentina - November 2022 - In the past few weeks, the Association of Mary Help of Christians (ADMA) of the Salesian Provinces of Argentina returned to meet in presence. On October 22, at the Provincial House of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians in the Almagro neighborhood, Buenos Aires, members of the ADMA of the Province of Argentina South (ARS) met to take part in the annual retreat. There were 45 participants present, from the local ADMAs of Almagro, Bernal, Ensenada, La Plata, San Isidro, San Justo, San Miguel, and also two members of the Santa Fe ADMA. During the retreat, Fr. Néstor Zubeldía illustrated and elaborated upon the life of St. Francis de Sales and Don Bosco. Fr. Vicente Ricchetti, then, accompanied the moments of personal and community encounter with the Lord, leading Adoration and celebrating Mass. A few days later, on November 6, in the city of Alta Gracia, the meeting of the ADMA of the Province of Northern Argentina (ARN) was held with the participation of the members of the Central Zone (Alta Gracia, Córdoba - Pío X and Río Tercero). It was, again, an intense day, which began with Mass presided over by Fr. Claudio González, and continued with various events, including a broadcast regarding the canonization of Artemide Zatti, the sharing of testimonies of the help and protection of Mary Help of Christians, and recollections of the recent International Congress of Mary Help of Christians. Participants also had the opportunity to visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes in Alta Gracia, where they participated in the prayer of the Rosary.
